After obtaining his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Laws (LLM) degrees, Andrew commenced his articles at a prominent Cape Town based law firm, was retained as an associate after his admission as an attorney, and in 2022 joined forces with Shano Macris to establish Brasington Macris Inc.
Andrew has a general practice with a focus on property law and property related matters, and assist clients with a wide variety of matters:

Shano Macris
Attorney, Conveyancer & Notary Public
BA (Law) LLB
After graduating from the Stellenbosch University in 2014, Shano Macris joined a prominent Cape Town based law firm as a candidate attorney. There he successfully completed his two years of compulsory legal practice training and was soon thereafter admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
In 2017, Shano Macris commenced practicing law as an Associate and, throughout the years, has gained invaluable practical experience and industry know-how at two reputable law firms in Bellville and Cape Town.
Whilst practicing as an associate, Shano Macris has also completed and been admitted as a Notary Public and a Conveyancer.
In 2022, Shano Macris and Andrew Brasington took the leap and founded their own firm – Brasington Macris Inc. – to follow their own pursuit and vision.
Shano Macris is both a practicing litigant and conveyancer.
His main practice areas consists of:
- Conveyancing (conventional transfers, transfers from deceased estates, sectional title transfers, etc.);
